Reaching 19+ feet in the air, the sixty-ton Ingot Turnover dominates the assembly floor at Fairfield Machine Company, Inc.
This project engineered by East Ohio Machine located in Alliance, Ohio, was manufactured at Northeast Fabricators, Inc. of Youngstown, Ohio before arriving at Fairfield Machine Company, Inc. for assembly, testing and commissioning.
The turnover at the end of the mill line will receive, clamp and rotate a fifteen-ton Ingot to expose the opposite side of the Ingot. The Ingot will then be feed back into the mill line for processing.
